“I’m the developer of Noah’s Landing at Lake Anna, and Plum Tree Properties has built three custom homes for us and we’re very pleased with their work.
What I like most about Plum Tree is that it’s more of a ‘team effort’ to build the best house economically, not just a builder following a set of plans & specs. As an example, Jay and his crew have come up with cost saving ideas & suggestions for improvements while the house was being built. In a custom home you sometimes run into snags – such as our first house where I didn’t envision the front steps at the design stage & therefore the foundation for a “fancy” entrance was not installed. Jay came up with a solution – a “fancy” entrance that could be built with the existing minimal “foundation”.

Other examples – their ‘while under construction’ changes included bathroom layout improvements, adding a large inexpensive dormer to greatly expand the usable space in our FROG (family room over garage). There are many other examples.
